1 3-HOUR DEEP WORK CALL: This 3-hour intensive session is also done during the first 2 weeks of working together and is designed to take a deep dive into your business with a focus on the goal established in our kick-off call. We’ll dig into every detail to create a plan of action and ensure you know exactly what your next steps will be.
DELIVERABLES: Although the deliverable can vary depending on the goal of the 3-hour intensive, you will receive a complete outline of what our session revealed along with an action plan for your next steps. Example deliverables: Project Charter, Project Plan and Implementation Plan.
1 DELIVERABLE REVIEW/NEXT STEPS SESSION: This 45-minute call will wrap up our time together with a review of what I deliver to you and determine your next steps.
